Of Counsel Guglielmo Marchelli joined BCMS Studio Legale in 2016. His practice focuses on litigation, specifically with regard to civil law and contracts.

Guglielmo also provides extensive legal advice in IT related matters, e-commerce, information security, privacy compliance and data protection law. He graduated at University of Parma (2002), with a thesis on Digital Signature and deepened transversal skills in the ICT sector, following a Master in Information Security at University of Modena e Reggio Emilia (2004).

He also achieved a Cisco CCNA certification (2004) which grant him to be at the front in understanding IT business and legal related issues.
