Federico is a Partner at BCMS Studio Legale since October 2015. He regularly advises both Italian and foreign clients in M&A operations, structuring different operations of corporate acquisitions and sales, mergers, partnerships and joint ventures. Federico also deals with commercial and corporate litigation, defending clients in cases before state courts and both in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Federico also deals with commercial and corporate litigation, defending clients in cases before state courts and both in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Federico Casiraghi graduated in 1999 from the University of Parma, with a thesis on antitrust law and has completed his studies at the University of California, Berkeley (2002) and at the University of California, Davis (2003). More recently, he completed his studies in the field of international arbitration by attending special training courses organized by the ICC in Paris.

Admitted to the Bar in December 2002.

He is a member of YAF (Young Arbitrators Forum at the ICC) and YIAG (Young International Arbitration Group at LCIA) and has been a speaker at conferences about contract law. He is listed among the arbitrators’ list prepared by the national Court of Arbitration.

He seats in different boards of directors.
