Annalisa Bassi graduated in 1982 from the University of Parma with a score of 110 cum laude, with a thesis in public economic law.
She has worked for Villa & Partners since 1997, working in the offices of Parma and Milan, dealing mainly with matters of administrative law, mainly in the field of public and private construction law and procurement, expropriations, health and environment. She also deals with matters concerning civil rights, insolvency law and civil liability.
She conducts regular consulting for private companies operating in the field of public law (PUAs art. 18 regional law n.20 / 2000, interpretation and application of the provisions of local planning PSC, POC and RUE and relations with local authorities).
She has worked with Formazione Albina Candian S.r.l., collaborating in the drafting of a training manual and as a speaker in training courses for insurance intermediaries, on penalties and administrative functions of the Insurance Supervision of IVASS.
She participated in the drafting of a "Private Insurance Code annotated with the doctrine and jurisprudence," recently published, writing on the subject of administrative and disciplinary sanctions that can be imposed by IVASS.
She was a speaker in the course held by the University of Milan in the academic year 2012/2013 in Insurance Law.
She participated in a number of seminars organized by the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers, held at the Regional Court of Lombardy in Milan involving "The (new) procurement process" in 2011 and "The contracts: substantive rules and procedural aspects" in the year 2012.
She is a member of AINSI and participated in the technical committee organized by ANAC regarding the performance of supplementary health care insurance in favor of the staff of public bodies.
Admitted to the Bar in October 1988.
